Nine clicks through Nodus Locations.

Corvel Pharmacy is a fictional brand with 48 stores in Western Australia. Click the highlighted element in the product, or use the arrow keys.

  1. Import the store list

Start from the list you already keep. Columns are mapped once (code, name, address, phone, hours) and every store keeps its own code.

CSV or Excel · nothing is sent to Google

  2. Match every store to Google

A store is matched on its own only when the match is certain: exactly one listing on its map pin with a similar name, or one nearby carrying its exact phone number. Everything else waits for a person.

    44 matched automatically · 3 need a person · 1 not on Google

  3. Prepare bulk verification

Stores that are ready go into one sheet in Google's bulk upload format. Chains with 10 or more locations can then ask Google for bulk verification; the few left out are listed with the reason.

Google decides on verification · timing is not published

  4. The weekly check

After you sign off each store's record, every store is read from Google each week and compared field by field. A change, a closure or a listing nearby using your name opens a case.

    Phone · hours · name · address · website · status

  5. Open a copycat case

Each case is one listing, account or number across every store it touches, with the evidence, a recommended verdict and its reasons, and report text ready in English and Spanish.

You confirm the verdict · one decision covers the whole case

  6. Download for Google

One click exports every copycat listing not reported yet, laid out for Google's Business Redressal form: the Maps link, the content type, and an explanation quoting exactly what the listing shows.

Up to 100 per batch · nothing is sent until a person submits

  7. Log Google's case ID

After the form is submitted, the batch is marked actioned with the case ID Google shows. Follow-ups come due by themselves, and the cases leave the Download for Google count.

Example case ID · Google sends no status emails for this form

  8. Closed by the next check

Nodus re-checks every reported listing in the weekly search. When Google acts, the listing is no longer found and the case closes by itself, dated. Declined reports stay live for an appeal or escalation.

Google decides · Nodus records what it decided, and when

  9. The monthly report

Each month a PDF goes to the board: stores correct on Google, cases found, reported and closed, and Google's answers. Your team can also sign in, read-only, to see everything live.

English or Spanish · every figure traceable to a case
